Did you know that fresh air can help you recover from any kind of diseases? Fresh air that is full of oxygen helps our body heal and repair as it eliminates toxins in our body.

Where can we get a dose of fresh air?

Step outside and take some slow, deep breaths to make you feel energized and focused. Fresh air drives out that tired, sluggish feeling.

Open your plantation shutter or window as often as possible to ventilate your house especially in the morning when the air is a lot cleaner.

If possible, sleep with your bedroom window open or leave your bedroom door open to increase circulation of air.
