One of my fitness goals is to join a fun run next year. I’m going to prepare for it by initially doing long distance walking in our area or in the nearest park to condition myself. I know its no mean feat to join a fun run, but its going to test my strength as how far or how long can I withstand running. I’m sure there would be crowd control barriers to provide safety to runners. It’s going to be lots of fun especially if family and friends would join too.
